The Plate 2000 super flat pans are manufactured with a 10 gauge high end steel providing longer life wear and durability.

• PROCESSED BY SPINNING & PRESSING – Provides a more consistent flat product resulting in higher F numbers
• ELIMINATES WAVING OF PAN ( PATATO CHIPPING) ACHIEVES A FLATTER FLOOR AND INCREASED PRODUCTION CONTOURED EDGE – Allows mix to move under the pan. Avoids pushing/plowing the mix. Improves the workability of the mix. Better contrast against work suface.
